Legal identity
GovernanceX is operated by Myadvisors Pty Ltd. References to “GovernanceX”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this policy refer to Myadvisors Pty Ltd in connection with the GovernanceX business.
Website information
The GovernanceX website does not ask visitors to create an account or upload documents. Standard technical information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
Information we may collect
If you contact us, submit an enquiry form or make a booking, we may collect your name, organisation, role, contact details, service interests, preferred meeting details and the information you choose to include in your enquiry.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, assess service fit, manage relationships, maintain business records, improve our services and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Microsoft services and storage
GovernanceX may use Microsoft 365 services,including Microsoft Forms, Bookings, Outlook, SharePoint and Power Automate,to receive, route and record enquiries. Authorised personnel may access those records for legitimate business purposes. Microsoft and other service providers may process information in Australia or other locations in accordance with their service terms and safeguards.
Security and data minimisation
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and limit access to authorised people. The public website is not a client portal. Do not submit identity documents, financial account details, legally privileged material, confidential board documents or other sensitive information until a secure exchange method has been agreed.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
